Our metal tanks are fabricated from 304-series stainless steel or alternative alloys for storage and transport of liquid materials. Tank corners feature a 2-inch radius design for improved structural strength and easier cleaning. The integrated sloped tank base enables complete draining.
Multiple lid and valve options are available. The 22-inch manhole cover facilitates cleaning and inspection. Welding procedures and material surface finishes of the tanks can be customised per client requirements.
Intermediate Bulk Containers can be tested and labelled in compliance with UN / DOT regulations for liquid handling. These tanks also satisfy food-grade requirements set by the USDA and FDA.

4. Material Performance Description
4.1 SUS304 Stainless Steel
General-purpose food-grade stainless steel, with excellent oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, stable chemical properties, no precipitation of harmful substances. Suitable for daily chemical, food, drinking water, general solvent storage, pH 3–11 medium environment, low cost and high cost performance.
4.2 SUS316L Stainless Steel
Molybdenum-containing low-carbon stainless steel, effectively resists chloride ion pitting corrosion, acid and alkali erosion, and high-temperature oxidation. It is suitable for high-corrosion working conditions such as brine, chemical reagents, fermentation broth, new energy electrolyte, and pharmaceutical intermediates. Ultra-low carbon design avoids intergranular corrosion, meeting high-standard sanitary and chemical industry requirements.
5. Structural Design Features
5.1 Integral Sloped Bottom
One-piece stamping sloped bottom structure, no dead angle at the bottom. The liquid can be completely discharged through the bottom ball valve without residual material, which solves the material waste and bacterial growth problems of traditional flat-bottom IBCs, and is convenient for CIP online cleaning.
5.2 Sealed Sanitary Structure
The top manhole adopts quick-clamp sealing design, matched with food-grade EPDM/silicone/PTFE gasket, with good air tightness and no leakage. The independent pressure balance vent valve avoids negative pressure suction and tank deformation during discharging, ensuring stable material output. All welding seams are polished smoothly without welding pores and burrs.
5.3 Reinforced Load-bearing Frame
The outer frame adopts hot-dip galvanized steel or all-stainless-steel integral welding structure, with high structural strength, strong impact resistance and compression resistance. Four-way forklift holes and integral lifting lugs are reserved, supporting manual forklift, electric forklift handling and crane hoisting, and can be stacked in multiple layers after full load, saving storage space.
5.4 Safe Discharge System
The bottom is equipped with a lockable stainless steel ball valve, which is easy to control the flow. The valve body has good corrosion resistance, no leakage, and supports quick disassembly and cleaning. It can be matched with quick connectors, filters and other accessories to realize closed pipeline conveying and avoid material secondary pollution.

Compared with traditional plastic IBC tanks, stainless steel IBCs have high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, aging resistance and no chemical reaction with materials.
