This fruit juice processing line is designed for fresh fruit to produce clear juice, cloudy juice and fruit concentrate. Applicable for apple, orange, mango, pineapple, peach and berries.
Main process: fruit washing, sorting, crushing, juicing, enzymolysis, clarification, centrifugation, ultrafiltration, concentration, blending, UHT sterilization and aseptic filling.
All contact parts are Stainless steel 304/316L, PLC automatic control, equipped with CIP system. Capacity customizable from 500L to 50 tons per day.

Description
The production process of fresh pressed apple and orange juice beverage mainly includes the steps of raw material preparation,
juicing, preparation, sterilization, filling and packaging. The specific process is as follows:
1. Raw material preparation Select fresh, high-quality apples and oranges as raw materials, after cleaning, peeling, core and
other pretreatment, set aside.
2. Juicing: Professional juicing equipment is used to juice apples and oranges to ensure the freshness and taste of the juice
3. Preparation: According to the product formula, juice, water, sugar and other raw materials are mixed in proportion, and the
ingredients are fully integrated through stirring, homogenization and other processes.
4. Sterilization: The use of high temperature and short-term sterilization technology to sterilize the prepared beverage to ensure
product safety and health.
5. Filling: Select the filling equipment suitable for product characteristics to fill the sterilized beverage to ensure the accurate filling
amount and tight sealing.
6. Packaging: Outer packaging of the filled beverage, including labeling, packing and other steps for subsequent transportation
and sales.
